Stop the suck this time. Don't just set Life Goals - set Rules for 2025

So you failed your life goals again last year. You know it, I know it. Let's not sugarcoat it. You tell yourself this year will be different. But we both know you're lying. And this is me talking to myself. So what I'm here to tell you guys is that if you want 20, 25 to actually be different, then you got to stop with the wish list and the daydreams. This is what most people do. But you need rules, not goals. All right, so stick with me. So here's the harsh truth.

Over 80% of people fail their New Year's goals, and most of them don't even make it past January.

Why? Because goals are meaningless without action. People always talk about the Law of attraction, and they forget that part of the word attraction is actually action. They think if I think of this mysterious force, I think about money. Therefore I'm just going to attract money. It doesn't work that way.


It requires action, you know, saying, I want to lose weight or I want to make more money. It's really just noise, You know, wishes, hopes. This sounds harsh, but nobody cares about your hopes. The universe is not going to hand you an immediate win. Sometimes you might get lucky, sure, but it always comes down to your actions and what you do every day. So the point is, you have to take it all right. And to take it, you need rules. You need rules to live by every single day. So stick with me here on life 2.0.

So the solution for this is to forget about just goals. You should set rules.


Why. So rules make things real. Rules make things actionable. Don't say I want to lose weight. That's soft and measurable. Say I will cut out sugar and fast food this year. You know, that's a rule. It's it's sharp. It's clear and concise. So, you know, you either follow it or you don't. There's no gray area there. Don't say, I want to start a business. You know, that's a fantasy. It's a fantasy. Instead, set a rule. I will spend two hours every single day working on this. No excuses, you know?

And a lot of people say, I don't have time, I have kids, or I have this or I have that, yada, yada yada. Fill in your excuse. You know, everyone says that and I really think it's a it's a cop out. You have time. You know, most people are just wasting it. They're scrolling Instagram. They're watching Netflix. You know, do the math. Two hours a day is 14 hours a week. You know, that's 728 hours a year. You know, you could build an empire with that kind of time.


If you'd really stopped lying to yourself, you know, really start holding yourself accountable. No excuses whatsoever. If I audited your time, most people's time, you will find that most people are wasting it either on their phone, on a screen somewhere, or going out too much, um, and not taking the time to focus on these things. So I would say for you guys, 20, 25, let's make it the year of no excuses. No more excuses. So action plan, here's what you do. Write your goals down okay.


On paper, on your phone, wherever. Just don't keep them in your head. Put those rules in front of you every day. Tape them to your fridge. You know, um, set alarms, tattooed them on your forehead if you need to. Okay, well, don't do that. That's ridiculous. But you get the point here. You know, make a sticky note and put it on the mirror every day. So when you're brushing your teeth, you see what your goals are. Just make sure that you see them, okay? Stick to them no matter what. I'll start. Tomorrow. This is just a trap. Everyone says that I'll start Monday, so I'll just mess up this whole weekend again. People do that. Addicts do that for years. I'll start Monday and then they never do. When Monday rolls around. So start now or don't bother at all.

You're not going to make it. So here's the takeaway guys. Goals are nice. I have goals, but the way I achieve my goals is rules. Rules are what get you there. You don't need motivation. Motivation is a trap okay? Motivation is fleeting. It comes and it goes. What's going to get you from A to B is discipline. Every day when you wake up, what you do, your habits, your thoughts, your actions. Straight up. It's that simple. You need discipline. And discipline comes from rules. Again, discipline comes from rules. So stop daydreaming about the life you want. Start building it with action one roll at a time.



So I mean, that's really it. No fluff, no fancy guide to download. Just rolls, you know, you either want it or you don't. Although I did lie, I do have a guide for you to download and I put it at the bottom of of of the. I put the link down below. So if you do want that, it's a guide. It makes you write down your goal for the particular area, and it makes you put in the rule for those areas as well. So that's it guys for 2025. Don't just set rules or don't just set goals.
