10 FITNESS MOTIVATION QUOTES TO GET YOU INSPIRED IN 2020

Updated: Jun 11, 2023

Do you ever fail to get motivated to exercise? Do you struggle with internal motivation? Motivation can be a fickle subject with alot of people - which is absolutely normal! Sometimes we can't clearly see the benefits. When we start to look at our whole life and figure what we want to achieve, we start to figure out the fitness and mental health are key to everything. If we want to build a business, be a better partner, be more productive, it all starts with our energy and vitality.

Use these quotes to inspire you on your fitness journey. Remember that you are more powerful than your thoughts. After all that's all they are, thoughts.... You are not your mind. You are blood and flesh full of infinite potential. Achieve your goals. Live the life you were meant to. Being extraordinary is not a single event. It is a habit of being extraordinary.

Motivation is great. It gets us pumped up and we get this short burst of adrenaline to imagine a new life. However that goes away and we're left with a void. Keep going! It will slowly become a habit, and the habit keeps you going.

If we want to move into the life we've always wanted, then we have to let the past go. Today is a new day. Yesterday is gone. There is nothing you can do about it. Move on, start now.

We need to change our relationship with pain. We look at pain as a negative thing. Only through pain do we get personal growth. Pain makes you better. Pain makes you stronger. Pain forces you to find the power within yourself and conquer all your fears that are holding your back. Pain is your friend. Make it happen!

Your life is worth it. The sacrifice that your parents made to raise you is worth it. We are so lucky to be alive in this age. You are amazing. Realize it. Ignite your potential and you will discover the person you were always meant to be.

Neglect your priorities, and they will leave you in the dust! We can't expect the results without putting in the work. If you want a better life, and you don't do anything to improve your life, you don't deserve a better life.

There is no magic genie who's going to show up in your life and give you what you want. No one is going to hand you your success on a silver platter. If you want the results, you have to put the time in. You are the creator of your universe. You decide your fate. You have the ultimate power. Create your will power!

Too many people have a "perfectionist mentality." I have to start on Monday... If I miss one day, then I'm doomed to fail.... etc. All you need to do is take the first step. You don't have to see the whole path. The path might get a little "dicey." However the point is to keep going.

We need to be aware of the excuses we make. Einstein said that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different result. Life doesn't wait for us. It's happening at all times all around us NOW. Get rid of your excuses. Stop bitching and complaining. Get real and honest with yourself!

The most important thing to take into consideration is our own personal belief in ourselves. From our mind comes our thoughts and our attitude which shapes our decisions and actions. There is no obstacle you can't overcome if you put your mind to it. Your subconscious mind is powerful, so read yourself good thoughts and affirmations.

No matter what you're going through, there is always someone worse off than you with less resources and less excuses. If you're not willing to make the sacrifices, you're not ready. Whether you have kids or multiple jobs you can always find the time if you have the right discipline. Stop playing the victim card. Find the solution instead of more problems.
